3) Request History
The data requests are archived and sorted by submission timestamp in descending chronological order (newest to oldest). The columns in the report include:
- The Name that is given to the data request.
- The status of the request. The Status values include:
- AdvisorMail searches for the data to fulfill the request.
- AdvisorMail downloads the data from the request; a percentage complete is displayed with the status. This status displays first for requests under 25,000 messages. For requests over 25,000 messages, the status displays after the Waiting for Approval status once the customer approves the request.
- AdvisorMail waits for customer approval of requests over 25,000 messages.
- AdvisorMail compresses the data; a percentage complete is displayed with the status.
- AdvisorMail has finished the request and results are available.
- AdvisorMail is no longer processing this request.
- The AdvisorMail data request fulfillment team processes the request for shipment.
- The request has been shipped.
- The total number of messages that are compiled for the data request.
- The total size of the data request in megabytes (MB).
- The timestamp of when the request was submitted.
- If a request is Finished and results are available this column contains a green Available link. Clicking this link opens the Data Request Results page where results can be accessed. If a request is not Finished or a request is over 10 days old, this column contains a gray unavailable link.
