4) Auditors list
The table on the Auditors page lists the details of the auditors. The auditors are sorted such that the System Administrator account is always listed first, and the remaining auditors are listed in the order they were created.
The column headings of the Auditors table are as follows:
- The auditor's user name.
- The auditor's login name.
- AdvisorMail uses this email address to send notifications to the auditor.
The remaining columns indicate the options that have been set for each auditor. A green Y means that the option is selected. The absence of a Y means that the option is not selected. Full descriptions of these options are included in the description of the Add Auditor dialog. See The Add Auditor dialog.

The Quick Sort feature is not available on the Auditors page.
The tabular grid allows a System Administrator to perform actions on individual or multiple auditors with just a few mouse clicks. The rows of the grid are color coded as follows:
White - Active auditor
Gray - Inactive auditor
Blue - Selected auditor
Many methods can be used to select multiple rules. Once auditors are selected, the user can perform mass actions. For example, you can activate or deactivate auditors by clicking on an Action button or selecting an option from the Right Click menu.
The Activate button or Right Click menu option is not available if you select one or more active auditors. The Deactivate button or the Right Click menu option are not available if you select one or more inactive auditors.
