Adding users
To add a user
- Access the Administration portal.
- Click Administration.
- On the left, expand Permissions and click Users and groups.
- Click New User.
- On the New User page, do the following:
Enter a name for the user.
Click Enable to activate the user.
In the Identifier field, enter Microsoft email address of the user.
Click Manage permissions to assign permission for the user.
On the Manage permission page, select the required permission, and then click Assign.
See About user and roles.
Click + Assign permissions to assign permission on the Discovery cases.
On the Assign permissions page, select the required Discovery case from the drop-down list, and provide the required permission on the selected case and click Assign.
Select the required roles for the user from the Roles drop-down list.
Assign the Stor admin, custodian group Admin permissions and location permissions as required.
Click Save.
