Restore Exchange Online mailboxes
You can restore the user's entire mailbox, a specific folder in the mailbox, or an individual mailbox item.
The user's entire mailbox or an individual mailbox item can be restored to:
The same user's mailbox, either under the same or a different folder.
Another user's mailbox.
You can also download the items to the required location.
See Downloading an item.
Note:
When you export large amounts of data directly into a mailbox, ensure that the amount of data does not exceed any mailbox quotas.
